ABSOLUTELY NO SELF-CATERING ALLOWED.

By placing an order with The Big Red Barn, you agree to accept the Terms & Conditions below.

All pre-ordered platter items must be submitted and paid for by the TUESDAY before your booking.

No cancellations or refund requests for platters will be accepted after this time.

Prices quoted in this document are subject to change. All efforts will be made to notify you timeously should this happen.

Decor Guidelines

You are welcome to bring your own decor but please note the following:

Any décor that poses a danger or inconvenience will be removed.

NO nails, thumb tacks, sticky tape, prestick, sellotape, or duct tape allowed on any furniture or fittings.

Balloons must be kept tied up and removed from the Barn after the party.

NO additional seating, gazebos, umbrellas, or furniture allowed.

NO barriers or cordoning off of any area is permitted.

Food & Beverage Policy

NO cooler bags or boxes allowed. An ice bucket will be supplied with the beverage order from the restaurant.

NO flasks or urns allowed. Hot beverages must be ordered from the restaurant.

Refund Policy

Every effort will be made to find alternative areas and/or dates on rainy days; however, no refunds will be given.

If the cancellation is made within 48 hours (2 days) of the party, there will be NO REFUNDS.

🎂 Birthday Cake & Party Packs Allowed

You may bring your own birthday cake for BIRTHDAY PARTY BOOKINGS ONLY. Please bring your own cutlery & crockery for the cake and platters. The Barn is not responsible for storing the cake.

Traditional Party Packs are allowed - typically including crisps, sweets, a toy, and a drink in the child's party theme.

Each party pack may include only 1x kiddies beverage within the pack (for example, a 200ml Fruit Juice box, Zoom, Capri-Sun).

NOT ALLOWED: 2-liter fizzy drinks and plastic cups as party pack drinks. Water/drink dispensers are NOT permitted.
